Michael Keaton was probably one of my earliest crushes, mainly thanks to Johnny Dangerously. Recently, he came up in conversation, and I realized we hadn’t done a Man Candy Monday on him; that said, once I started looking at his historical roles I think I understand why. His career spans the last half-century, but he surprisingly hasn’t done that many historical flicks, being an actor that mostly does contemporary roles. That’s cool, though. He’ll always be my favorite Bruce Wayne.

“Chicago 7” is good entertainment, and sometimes moving/inspiring. Great cast.
Michael Keaton is one of the all-time greats! And seems humble and down-to-earth off-camera.
If anything, I think this post could use more of Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne! (Is there ever too much of that? No. No there isn’t.)
He used to work with Mister Rogers!!!
I felt his Dogberry, enabled by Ben Elton, who should have known better, was the absolute worst thing about Branagh’s “Much Ado”. Nathan Fillion, who had never done Shakespeare before, was infinitely better in the role. Keaton didn’t know what the heck he was doing, and Branagh let him down by not demanding more. Even Keanu was better!
Keaton might be my favorite live action Batman, but Kevin Conroy is my all time favorite.
I’d rank Mr Conroy and Mr West ahead of Mr Keaton, not because the latter is worse (They’re all grand, grand Batmen) but because I love their work more.
I’ve enjoyed quite a bit of Mr Tim Burton’s work, but he’s not an Especial Favourite.
I think of Batman is being an early 1960’s thing, the Tim Burton movies have that vibe, so I’ll say his Bruce Wayne is my favorite and still in the FrockFlicks time window. Plus my daughter’s French bulldog’s name is Bruce Wayne, so there’s that.
