Topsy Turvy (1999) short review

1999 Topsy Turvy

The “story” behind Gilbert and Sullivan’s Mikado. Funny, witty, with some good bustle gowns and beautiful Japonesque costumes. Not my favorite Mike Leigh film nor my favorite costume film, but good.
